Professor Michael Zander QC is Professor Emeritus of Law at LSE. He was a member of the Runciman Royal Commission on Criminal Justice. His books include Cases and Materials on the English Legal System (9th ed., 2003), The Law Making Process (6th ed., 2004), A Bill of Rights? (4th ed., 1997) and The Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984 (5th ed., 2005).
