Tom Jones is a senior partner and dead of policy and public affairs at the trade union firm Thompsons. Tom works closely with Labour MPs generally and the Trade Union group of MPs in particular on issues of mutual interest. He leads the firm's activities to combat - what they call - 'the myth of the compensation culture'.
